Amaya is a writer who has been interested in writing from a young age. Raised in three different countries and has travelled to countless more due to her wanderlust, her checkered background means she has been exposed to many different ways of life. This is part of what makes her food guides and recipes so interesting.
Along with this, Amaya is working on a blog of her own. She hopes that these articles help popularize Asian cuisines that have been either overlooked or ignored in the past and that even beginner foodies (just like her!) can learn to cook these dishes.
