Having strict diets and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is common among K-pop idols. But believe it or not, these Bangtan boys are huge snack lovers. If you've been watching 'Run! BTS', you'd know of the numerous times they almost ended their friendship over snacks!

Their fondness for snacks has also given ARMYs a collection of wise words on eating junk food.

Jimin once said, "Late-night snacks aren’t something you repress. It's something you embrace", and we totally agree.

So, here are 12 BTS favourite snacks that you can enjoy on late nights or while binge-watching their shows!

Honey Butter Chips

It is safe to say that every BTS member loves this snack. The sheer love for this snack makes it the ultimate favourite among all the other BTS favourite snacks.

There is a reason why this one won all of their hearts, though. It's an upgrade from your typical potato chips.

After tasting it, we've concluded that it's one of the best potato chips and Asian snacks ever.

Unlike other potato chips, it is crispy, light, and not too salty. It also has a subtle sweetness that makes it feel like you're actually eating a baked potato with honey butter.

Honey Twist

This snack is known as "Ggool Kwabaegi" in Korean, which translates to "honey twists". You'll probably recognize this snack if you've seen the video of Jimin and V fighting over it in 2015.

In the video, V mentioned that he loves the snack and asked Jimin to take Honey Butter Chips instead.

The superstar did not explicitly mention why he loves it, but we're 100% sure it's the taste. This honey-coated twisted treat is light, sweet and crunchy. It is also not too hard, so a pleasant crunch accompanies every bite.

So it's totally understandable why this snack makes it to the list of BTS favourite snacks. We'd say it's worth fighting for since it is so tasty!

Turtle Chips

Turtle Chips are SUGA's fav snack. A whole episode of 'Bangtan Bomb' shows him eating two packets of Turtle Chips!

As the name suggests, it's a corn chip shaped like a turtle shell. This snack has many unique flavours, such as corn soup, churros, and shrimp.

We have seen SUGA enjoying the shrimp and corn soup flavours. So, upon seeing SUGA pop one chip after another into his mouth, we just had to try them. But, of course, it was hard for us to stop eating them, too, since the chips are so addicting!

The corn soup flavour has a subtle taste of an actual corn soup. Surprisingly, it is sweeter than we expected it to be.

On the other hand, the shrimp flavour is more flavourful and saltier. This four-layered snack has received mixed reactions; some love it, and some don't. We approve of the snack, but we highly recommend you to try and judge it yourself.

Banana Kick

Banana Kick is one of BTS favourite snacks, and we know that Jungkook relishes them. He has numerously mentioned that it's his favourite snack and even enjoyed it during a fan sign event in 2017.

We initially thought he just loves everything with a banana taste since it's his favourite fruit. However, we got curious and tried it ourselves to make sure.

Perhaps nobody could love the snack as much as Jungkook, but it's still a yummy treat to munch on. If we were to describe the snack ourselves, we'd say it's like a giant banana-flavoured Cheeto.

It is somewhat sweet and has a lingering artificial taste. But the best part about eating this snack is that it melts in your mouth like cotton candy!

My Gummy

If you've watched 'BTS In The Soop', you'd know about the tower of snacks BTS had in the main house. One of the snacks spotted was the orange flavour of Orion My Gummy.

In addition, we have seen Jin chewing gummies in several video content. After all, he is known as the gummy-lover, so we're pretty sure the fruity treat was his.

We get why it is one of BTS favourite snacks because it is wonderfully sweet, soft, and chewy. If you grew up liking Haribo gummies, you'd love these Korean gummies.

These gummies are fun to enjoy while you're on the go or doing your favourite activities. But, of course, Jin does it best when he's munching on them while playing games!

These sweets also come in other flavours, such as strawberry, peach, and grape. And did you know? Korean ARMYs equate Jin's lips to the peach flavour gummy due to their resemblance!

Konpeito

Konpeito is also a BTS favourite candy. It is a Japanese star-shaped sugar candy that comes in various colours and flavours. This particular Japanese snack fascinated us with its taste and adorable appearance. However, instead of being entirely sweet, the candy has a hint of saltiness and umami flavour.

RM had eaten this sweet hard candy in their ‘2020 Gayo Daejeon Bangtan Bomb' episode. The group leader has mentioned that he's not a fan of sweets before.

However, it is no surprise to find him enjoying the starry treats as there's only a faint sweetness to them. It's perfect for those who wish to indulge in some treats but dislike sweet flavours.

This adorable candy is also the inspiration for Jungkook's equally cute nickname, 'Baby Star Candy'! The nickname took off after BigHit Music included it in a hashtag for the maknae's birthday in 2021.

It is used among ARMYs when the youngest member acts cute or wears pastel or bright colours.

Kancho Choco Biscuit

Jungkook was spotted eating it in an episode of Bangtan Bomb while monitoring his part in the 'ON' music video. Kancho (칸쵸) are crunchy bite-sized biscuits with a sweet chocolate filling.

They come in adorable pink packaging with mascots named 'Kany' and 'Chony'. The mascots have been illustrated on the biscuits, as are other cute images like hearts and hats.

It's so addicting, so we get why the Golden Maknae couldn't stop eating one after another! Who can ever resist it when everything about the snack is so good and cute?

Shin Ramyeon

Shin Ramyeon is one of BTS favourite snacks that they often enjoy, even late at night. Yep, the Bangtan boys are suckers for instant noodles, just like the rest of us. It is also one of the spotted BTS snacks in 'In the Soop'!

Jimin, Jin, and RM are true fans of instant noodles. However, Shin Ramyeon has gotten the approval of the boyband as a whole. This approval includes V with his ongoing effort to enjoy Shin Ramyeon despite his low spice tolerance. We totally get it, though. These noodles are so satisfyingly hot and spicy that it feels worth it to shed tears over them.

Shin Ramyeon makes the cut as a BTS favourite ramen brand for all the right reasons. It has an amazing spicy flavour that catches the typical taste of Korea. The noodles are also thick and springy, so they are best served soupy. Plus, the noodles can never go wrong with anything. So it's no wonder that BTS claims it as the best instant noodle.

Fire Chicken Noodles

One of Jimin's favourite snacks is this fire chicken noodles by Samyang, also known as 'Buldak Bokkeum-myeon'. In fact, he is an unapologetic fan of it. We've seen him slurping these noodles away in numerous VLIVE videos that sparked global interest.

Thanks to his love for spicy noodles, Samyang decided to sponsor BTS' concerts in Las Vegas in April!

If you've never tried these noodles before, let us warn you that they are very spicy. However, they also taste so painfully good that it's hard to stop eating them! As a result, you may often see the BTS main dancer with red lips and teary eyes after eating them.

Paldo Bibimyeon

Another BTS favourite snack is Paldo Bibimyeon. Actually, it is RM's top favourite. He loves it so much that he once ate the noodles for three days straight!

It is understandable for anyone with hectic schedules like RM to make cup noodles their go-to meal. However, RM's love for the noodles is all due to the taste and comfort it gives in every slurp.

Paldo Bibimyeon closely mimics the traditional bowl of homemade Bibimyeon. The chewy noodles are slightly sweet and spicy, creating an excellent combination of flavours. Those who can't handle spice well would enjoy it.

Fruits

Apart from all the artificial snacks, the Bulletproof Boys also enjoy snacking on fresh fruits. They have frequently snacked on slices of watermelons, bananas, and strawberries.

However, a BTS favourite fruit that recently gained so much attention among ARMYs is the tangerine.

Apparently, SUGA loves the fruit and admitted that he couldn't control himself from eating it!

TEAZEN Kombucha Powder

The last one on the list of BTS favourite snacks is one of BTS' favourite drinks. It is kombucha in powder form, and Jungkook has said he drinks this twice daily.  It is a healthy, fun drink with a subtle fizziness and a slightly sweet taste.

As kombucha fans, we're amazed by how good this instant kombucha tastes. Interestingly, it tastes similar to the cold-pressed ones without any artificial taste.

Therefore, we highly recommend kombucha lovers try this Korean instant kombucha.

The popularity of this drink boomed overnight after Jungkook introduced it in a VLIVE Livestream. But, unfortunately, ARMYs started ordering the product as soon as he mentioned it, causing its shortage in Korea! Subsequently, Jungkook jokingly expressed that he was upset since ARMYs had sold out his favourite drink.

TEAZEN revealed that the kombucha had risen 500% in sales, for which they thanked Jungkook. Fortunately, TEAZEN's kombucha is available in many flavours, and you can now easily purchase them online. Just be sure not to go overboard and spare some for our Kookie!
