Victoria is the Founder and Editor-In-Chief of Honest Food Talks.
Combining her passion for food, languages, and adventure, she has travelled to some of Asia's most rural locations all in the name of food.
Born to a family of Chinese restaurant owners, Victoria has always had a love and fascination for food. She loves experimenting with recipes from different cuisines and hearing stories behind the dish. She often cooks using her mum's recipes and taste tests the recipes from other foodies that are featured on Honest Food Talks.
Before Honest Food Talks, Victoria was a food writer and editor for the magazine Experience Niseko.
Victoria was a Writer of the Year nominee for Be Inclusive Hospitality Spotlight Awards in 2022. She has also been featured in various media outlets, such as Yahoo, Tasting Table, The Daily Meal, Mashed, Mornings with Kaye Adams on BBC Radio Scotland and Taiwan News for her cooking tips and insights on food trends.
Her favourite beverage changes depending on the workday. She prefers a strong cup of black coffee to keep her refuelled as she writes about food and travel. Other times, she enjoys sipping on a classic bubble tea after cooking or reviewing a new Asian restaurant in London.
